Use of Website

You may view, share, and download content for non-commercial purposes only. Any commercial use or reproduction requires prior permission by me, Cheryl Gamlin Artist. 

Payment and Pricing

Prices are as listed. Prices may change without prior notice at any time. Payment is due when Commissioning me to paint an Artwork for you or   immediately on  purchases.

Refund and Cancellation

Commissions may be cancelled or refunded at the discretion of me, Cheryl Gamlin. 

Normally, when I have began a Commission for you and you have paid in full before, a refund is not possible as I have started work and invested my time into painting for you. 

Refunds will be considered where a painting arrives damaged but this will be at my discretion and return post costs may still apply.

Liability

In no event will Cheryl Gamlin Artist and cherylgamlinartist.com be liable for damages or losses resulting from website use, art purchases and shipment.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. You are responsible for checking the Laws of your Country for purchasing Paintings and Custom Charges which may apply. The Custom Charges will be the buyers responsibilty.

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms without notice.

Duties and Taxes

Cheryl Gamlin Artist and cherylgamlinartist.com will not collect any taxes on your behalf. It is your responsibility as the Buyer to find out and pay any taxes or Custom Charges for imports into your Country of the Paintings. 

If your order is to be shipped outside of the United Kingdom, you are responsible of any import duties or taxes that may apply in the country your order is being shipped to. We are exempt of any payment(s) of any such costs and we will not be responsible for replacing goods that may be seized by customs in your country. We also are exempt of responsibilities for the fate of the goods where the customer refuses to accept shipments where duties and taxes are payable.
